Accelerated Mortgage Amortization Schedule

This worksheet works like our popular amortization schedule, but also has a quick pay feature. This displays the earlier date to be paid off in years and months as well as the interest saved. To quickly illustrate the benefit of applying a tax refund to the mortgage all you need to do is type an amount beside the appropriate date in column "A" and you instantly see the reduced amortization period, the date the mortgage is paid off and the interest savings resulting from the extra deposit. Up to thirty years of bi-weekly payments can be illustrated.
