Average Cost Per Share for Tax Purposes

This spreadsheet allows you to keep track of the client's average cost per share for all mutual fund withdrawal plans, etc. This shows the total of all dispositions to be reported for the year, as well as the average cost per share for future dispositions. Also listed is the adjusted cost base of the investment. Market value information can be entered as well.
